At Nurtura Skin, we stand behind the quality of our clean, high-performance skincare. Due to the personal nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and safety, we have established the following policy:

1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, we will make it right. Please email us at [Your Support Email] within 7 days of receiving your package with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.

2. Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are custom-branded and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or if you simply do not like the product. We encourage you to read the full ingredient list on our product pages before purchasing to ensure the formula is right for your skin type.

3. Allergic Reactions
Your skin’s health is our priority. If you experience an adverse reaction, please discontinue use immediately. While we cannot offer refunds for skin sensitivities, we are happy to provide a discount code toward a different formula that may better suit your needs.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Nurtura Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your tracking information shows your package was never delivered, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

5. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment center to ensure fast shipping. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been processed.
