Thank you for choosing Nurtura Skin. We are proud to offer clean, high-performance skincare shipped directly from our fulfillment center in Canada.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Because our products are custom-branded for you, this time allows us to ensure your items are perfectly prepared and packaged. You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada to keep things simple:
- Standard Shipping (Orders under $75): $12.00 CAD
- FREE Shipping: On all orders over $75.00 CAD
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Canada: 3-7 business days after processing.

USA: 5-10 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nurtura Skin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we ship to Canada and the USA. We are working on expanding our reach to more countries soon!
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Nurtura Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
